Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels and day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listing, order management, inventory coordination, marketplace management, and online sales.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.
- Create and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Monitor stock availability, pricing, and order status.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Manage platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Meesho, or similar marketplaces.
- Monitor sales, product performance, and marketplace visibility.
- Assist with online promotions, offers, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.




- Analyze product and sales data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure accurate product information and timely updates across all platforms.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, Online Sales, or a related role.
- Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplaces is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales.
