Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online sales operations for our Home Décor business. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, marketplace accounts, inventory, pricing, orders, promotions, returns, and sales reports across various online platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of e-commerce operations and be comfortable working with product catalogs, Excel, online marketplaces, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain product listings across marketplaces and the company’s online store.
- Upload and update product images, titles, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, colors, prices, and SKUs.
- Ensure accurate presentation of Home Décor products such as cushions, rugs, wall décor, vases, lamps, furniture, furnishings, and decorative accessories.
- Monitor product availability, inventory levels, pricing, and stock status.
- Process and monitor online orders from order placement through dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Handle cancellations, returns, replacements, refunds, and customer queries related to online orders.
- Monitor marketplace performance, product ratings, reviews, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for product photography, banners, catalog images, and promotional content.
- Assist in planning and executing online sales campaigns, discounts, offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product assortment, promotions, and market trends.
- Identify slow-moving products and support initiatives to improve their online performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, orders, inventory,



returns, cancellations, and revenue.
- Maintain proper SKU and catalog data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the finance team regarding online payments, settlements, deductions, and marketplace reconciliation.
- Ensure marketplace policies, product information, and customer service standards are followed.
- Work toward improving online sales, product visibility, conversion, and customer experience.

- Shopify / WooCommerce
- Other D2C and marketplace platforms

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of product cataloguing and SKU management.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online promotions.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, particularly for product specifications and pricing.
- Ability to manage multiple products and orders simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Diploma/certification in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is an advantage.

Experience 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in the Home Décor, Home Furnishing, Furniture, Lifestyle, or D2C industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
