We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with e-commerce portals and have good knowledge of order processing, product listings, inventory, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage customer orders on e-commerce marketplaces.
- Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
- Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing.
- Manage product catalogs across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, etc.
- Update inventory and monitor stock availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier/logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and RTOs.




- Check and resolve basic marketplace issues related to orders and listings.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare basic e-commerce reports.
- Ensure product information and marketplace listings remain accurate and up to date.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Positive computer and internet skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
