E-commerce Category Manager – SHFTX

E-commerce / D2C / Startup experience preferred

At ShftX Tech Pvt. Ltd., we’re looking for a Product Manager who is ready to take ownership of a 0 → 1 product journey and work closely with our Founders.

Create ₹0 → ₹1 Cr in 3 Months.

What You’ll Do

- Work directly with the Founders on new product & business ideas
- Own the product journey from ideation → launch → growth
- Conduct market & customer research
- Define product strategy, roadmap & GTM
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Tech, Operations & Finance
- Track product performance,



revenue & customer metrics
- Identify opportunities to scale and drive business growth
- What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Product, Growth, E-commerce, Strategy or Startups
- Robust 0-to-1 execution mindset
- Data-driven & commercially focused
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
- Someone who wants to build, not just manage

Education: Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
