We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our marketplace operations for a growing diamond jewelry business. The ideal candidate should understand e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across Etsy, Alibaba and Amazon
- Handle product listings, SEO optimization and marketplace updates
- Process and track customer orders from start to delivery
- Monitor account health, performance and marketplace policies
- Handle customer queries, communication and follow-ups
- Manage customer and order-related issues professionally
- Maintain basic Excel sheets, reports and operational records
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Etsy, Alibaba or Amazon
- Good understanding of SEO-driven product listings
- Good customer communication and follow-up skills
- Diamond jewelry knowledge is preferred
