Key Responsibilities Catalog & Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, and A content on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra and Shopify Inventory & Order Processing: Track purchase orders (POs), coordinate stock levels with warehouses, and monitor daily order fulfillment. Sales & Data Analysis: Analyze daily sales trends, traffic data, and competitor pricing to create performance reports.
Promotional Execution: Ads campaigns, deal evnts, Coupons and in office promotions.
Customer Support: Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve buyer feedback, delivery issues, and return queries. Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
