We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce & Operations Executive to lead marketplace operations for World of Christmas while supporting backend workflows for

Surreal Design Studio. This role requires a strong command over e-commerce platforms,

operational coordination, and listing performance.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce (World of Christmas):

1. Manage and update listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Shopify)
2. Ensure all listings are SEO-friendly, visually solid, and compliant with platform standards
3. Plan and execute seasonal promotions,



brand store updates, coupons, and A+ content
4. Monitor and improve KPIs such as conversions, traffic, AOV, and return rate
5. Analyze competitor pricing, trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
6. Coordinate with design/content teams for listing visuals, product copy, and updates
7. Track and fulfill daily orders; ensure smooth dispatches via shipping partners
8. Maintain a central SKU and inventory database; coordinate with warehouse for stock sync
9. Resolve customer queries, damages, and order complaints promptly
10. Generate performance reports and suggest improvements based on analytics

Operational Support (Surreal Design Studio):

1. Coordinate procurement updates and order status tracking using Zoho
2. Support dispatch planning, inventory updates, and vendor logistics
3. Ensure backend processes like packaging, billing, and delivery timelines are met

Requirements

- 3+ years in e-commerce operations or digital retail
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with performance tools (Google Analytics, Helium 10, Ads Manager)
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books & Inventory (preferred)
- Excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
