Key Responsibilities

- Implementation & Configuration
- Deploy and configure Dynatrace agents for diverse environments (.NET, Java, Node.js, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Set up Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and custom dashboards.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Utilize Dynatrace Smartscape, Service Flow, and PurePath for deep-dive root cause analysis.
- Conduct proactive health checks and performance validation tests.
- Automation & Integration
- Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools (ServiceNow), PagerDuty, Slack, and CI/CD pipelines for automated incident management.
- Develop auto-tagging rules and anomaly detection thresholds to improve alert accuracy.
- Observability & Optimization
- Create custom dashboards and reports for business transactions and KPIs.
