: Up to INR 12,000 per day (including 10% TDS deduction)

We are looking for an experienced

Dynamics CRM Testing Professional with strong expertise in testing

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing for

Dynamics 365 CRM

.

- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.

- Test CRM modules including

Sales, Customer Service, Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, and Contacts

.

- Validate workflows, business rules, security roles, and integrations.

- Perform end-to-end testing across CRM and connected applications.

- Identify, document,



and manage defects through resolution.

- Work closely with developers, functional consultants, business users, and project teams.

- Provide test status, defect reports, and quality updates.

Required Experience

- 5+ years of software testing experience

, with strong Dynamics CRM experience.

- Hands-on experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

.

- Strong knowledge of CRM business processes and integrations.

- Experience with

Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools

.

- Good understanding of API/integration and data validation testing.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- ISTQB certification is desirable.
