Key Responsibilities

- Shift Supervision: Oversee day-to-day transport activities and monitor active vehicle movement during the shift.

- Driver Coordination: Assign routes, track driver hours, and maintain communication with field staff.

- Incident Management: Handle road emergencies, breakdowns, or delays and dispatch backup support.

- Compliance Tracking: Ensure adherence to transport laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

- Shift Reporting: Log daily vehicle movements, incidents and driver performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Any degree with releavent knowledge or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in transport operations, dispatching, or fleet management.

- Skills: Robust communication, real-time problem solving, and basic knowledge of logistics software or GPS tracking tools.

- Must have HMV license with 2 to 3 yrs experience and trainer experience necessary.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
