Role Overview

As a DSA & Backend Engineering Mentor, you will deliver engaging, hands-on training programs focused on problem-solving, backend development using Python and Go, and system design fundamentals. You will mentor students through coding interviews, real-world projects, and scalable application development.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3–6 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive sessions on Data Structures & Algorithms and Backend Engineering. Mentor students in Python and Go programming, coding interviews, and software engineering best practices. Design curriculum, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning modules. Teach backend concepts including REST APIs, databases, concurrency, and microservices. Guide students in building scalable, production-ready applications. Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback.

Strong mentoring and communication skills. Solid understanding of DSA and algorithmic problem-solving. Hands-on experience building backend applications using Python and/or Go. Familiarity with microservices, concurrency, and distributed systems. Excellent debugging and analytical skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
