- Safely drive the assigned vehicle for office, meetings, site visits, and other required travel.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per schedule.
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean and well-maintained condition.
- Check fuel, tyres, oil, and other basic vehicle requirements regularly.
- Follow traffic rules and ensure protected and responsible driving.
- Coordinate travel schedules and routes as required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding work-related and personal matters.
- Handle basic vehicle emergencies and coordinate servicing/repairs when required.
- Maintain records of fuel, servicing, and other vehicle-related expenses.
