We are seeking a versatile and courteous Driver cum Bell Boy to support our guest service operations. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing safe, comfortable guest transportation as well as handling luggage, greeting guests, and assisting with general lobby services to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Transportation: Drive hotel vehicles safely to handle guest transfers (airport pickups/drop-offs, local travel, and errands) while strictly adhering to traffic laws and safety standards.

- Luggage Handling: Greet arriving guests warmly, assist with transferring luggage to and from vehicles, and deliver baggage promptly to assigned guest rooms.

- Front Desk Support:

Maintain a welcoming presence at the entrance, escort guests to rooms during check-in, and explain basic room amenities.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep assigned vehicles clean, well-maintained, and fueled; regularly check tire pressure, oil levels,



and report maintenance needs immediately.

- Guest Assistance &

- Errands:

Deliver messages, mail, or guest amenities to rooms, and answer basic guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Driving Credentials: Valid driving license with a clean driving record; familiarity with local routes and navigation apps.

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in driving or guest services, preferably in hospitality or customer service.

- Skills &
- Abilities:

Strong communication skills, polite and skilled demeanor, and the physical stamina to lift heavy luggage (up to 25–30 kg).

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; basic spoken English and local language proficiency.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
