Job Purpose To produce drawings based on the instructions given by the seniors and in accordance with prevailing DCRs
Major Accountabilities
- Maintain Accuracy in the drawing, Follow the std. Procedure for documentation.
Key Performance Indicators
- Draft drawings incorporating entire information and within given timelines.
- Enable for proper release of drawing to the site.
- Documentation and File/Folder Management.
- Taking Site measurements and incorporating in as built drawings
- Site visit as per instructions from seniors.
- Preparing drawings for submission to various regulatory authorities as per SOP’s
- Working out areas and preparing documents as per RERA works
