Key Responsibilities

- Drafting Layouts: Create detailed construction drawings in AutoCAD, including floor plans, building elevations, cross-sections, layouts, and structural/interior details.
- Translating Concepts: Convert rough hand sketches, verbal instructions, and conceptual designs from architects and designers into accurate digital drawings.
- Detailing & Annotation: Add dimensions, leader callouts, material specifications, levels, notes, and other technical annotations required for proper site execution.
- Standardized Formatting: Follow company drawing standards, templates, layer management systems, line weights, symbols, and naming conventions.
- Drawing Modifications: Update and revise existing drawing sets based on changes requested by clients, architects, designers, or site engineers.
- Construction Coordination: Coordinate with architects, designers, project engineers, and site teams to ensure drawings accurately reflect site requirements.
- Site Drawings: Prepare drawings and details required for execution and resolve drawing-related queries from the site team.
- Quality Checking: Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, alignment, detailing, and completeness before issuing them for approval or execution.
- Drawing Management:



Maintain organized digital files and drawing revisions for current and completed projects.
- Archiving: Maintain an organized filing system of previous drawing versions and project documentation for future reference.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the construction field – Mandatory.
- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, dimensions, and site execution.
- Knowledge of 3D software is required/preferred.
- Ability to understand architectural and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a technically skilled Draughtsman who can independently prepare accurate, detailed, and execution-ready drawings and coordinate effectively with the design and project teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
