About Position:

We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead to join our engineering team and lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using modern Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API development, cloud technologies, and distributed application architectures.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#.
- Architect and develop scalable RESTful Web APIs and backend services.
- Drive end-to-end software delivery from requirements analysis through production deployment.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and define technical solutions.
- Lead application architecture and design discussions.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
- Support integration efforts across multiple applications, services, and enterprise platforms.
- Implement automated testing, quality assurance practices, and code quality frameworks.
- Collaborate with release managers to manage deployments and improve release processes.
- Identify technical risks proactively and establish mitigation plans.
- Create proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural and business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across distributed systems.
- Support critical incident resolution and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes and development practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and development standards.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10 to 15 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core development using the latest versions.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and Web API development.
- Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns, object-oriented design principles, and design patterns.
- Experience leading development teams and providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Proven expertise in conducting code reviews and ensuring engineering excellence.
- Robust experience developing high-performance, scalable, and secure applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of cloud-native application architecture and deployment practices.
- Experience working with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous communication patterns.
- Experience with MySQL database development, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Exposure to Aerospike or other high-performance NoSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed application design.




- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release automation.
- Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience handling production support and critical incident management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working within Agile Scrum delivery environments.
