Sr Support Engineer - Dev - AI & Automation (Production Support) Pune:

Provide senior-level production support for .NET services running on Google Cloud Platform. Troubleshoot incidents, tune application performance, and drive root-cause analysis (RCA) through to permanent fixes.

Experience: 6-9 years

- 6-9 years of experience supporting or developing .NET-based production systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and monitoring
- Proven experience triaging production incidents and driving root-cause analysis (RCA)
- Experience with performance tuning, log analysis, and observability tooling
- Ability to partner with development teams to implement permanent fixes, not just workarounds
- Working knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting data-related issues




- Experience with on-call rotations and incident management processes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management

Must have non-technical skills:

- Solid oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work within project timelines
- Deliver outcomes with a little supervision, must be a self-starter and self-motivator
- Proactive approach and enthusiasm for problem identification and solving
- Ability to think strategically and suggest creative solutions
- Ability to synthesize complex requirements into simple business practices
