About the Opportunity

Flemix Private Limited is looking for an experienced and business-focused Security Systems & ELV skilled to take complete responsibility for building and leading our Security & ELV Division.

This is not a conventional sales or technical position.

You will have the opportunity to build the division, develop the market, create your own sales and execution teams, win projects and drive the overall growth and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the complete Security Systems & ELV Division
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
- Build and manage Sales & Operations/Execution teams
- Generate business through direct clients, builders, contractors, consultants, dealers and corporate customers
- Handle CCTV, Access Control, Biometric, Fire Alarm, Intercom and other ELV solutions
- Manage quotations, BOQs, project planning and execution
- Coordinate installation, service and AMC operations
- Recruit, train and manage team members
- Develop customer and business partner relationships
- Monitor sales, project margins, collections and profitability
- Establish systems and processes to scale the division
- Work closely with Flemix management and marketing teams to accelerate business growth

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Security Systems / ELV / Electronic Security
- Strong experience in sales and business development
- Good understanding of technical project execution




- Proven ability to develop business and manage clients
- Leadership skills with the ability to build and manage teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Existing industry contacts/network will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel across Kozhikode, Malappuram, Wayanad and Kannur
- Valid driving licence preferred

Compensation & Growth ₹30,000–₹50,000+ Fixed Salary

Based on experience and capability In addition:
