Role Description The District Level Associate is a full-time, On-Site role in 10 districts (Patna, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, East Champaran, Samastipur, Nalanda, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Bhojpur) of Bihar. This role involves promoting truescholarAI’s knowledge assessments and scholarship programs across schools, coaching centers, and local educational networks in the assigned district.

- The associate will conduct outreach activities, organize information sessions, support student enrollment, and maintain relationships with educators and community stakeholders.

- Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking district-level performance metrics, gathering feedback from learners and partners, coordinating test participation, and reporting insights to central teams.

- The role may also involve assisting with basic digital operations, responding to queries, and ensuring that local implementation reflects the platform’s commitment to fairness, accessibility, and merit-based opportunities.

- Preferred: Prior experience in education outreach, community engagement, sales, or program coordination.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience in an educational or community-focused role.
