Role Description The Distribution Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the distribution of Streetgains’ research products, model portfolios, and trading strategies to retail investors and partners. Based in Bengaluru in a hybrid setup, the role combines on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing distribution channels, coordinating with internal research, sales, and marketing teams, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and portfolio updates.

The Distribution

Manager tracks performance metrics, identifies opportunities to expand reach, and strengthens relationships with clients, platforms, and intermediaries. This role also involves refining processes,



maintaining regulatory and compliance standards, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance investor access to Streetgains’ offerings.

Qualifications

- Experience in distribution management, operations, or channel management within financial services, investment research, or related industries.
- Robust understanding of capital markets, equity research, and retail investing; familiarity with SEBI regulations and compliance best practices is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or BI tools to monitor distribution performance and client engagement.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across research, marketing, technology, and sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under time-sensitive conditions.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in Bengaluru, with the discipline to work independently and the collaborative mindset to work on-site as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications in markets or finance are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a growing, technology-enabled financial or research organization and an interest in empowering retail investors through accessible insights.
