Role Overview

We are looking for a

Distribution Planner to ensure the right stock is available at the right location and time across Beco’s warehouses and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare warehouse-wise and channel-wise distribution plans based on demand and inventory availability.

- Plan stock transfers and replenishment between warehouses to maintain optimum inventory.

- Monitor stock availability, ageing, excess inventory, and stock-outs.

- Coordinate with Demand Planning, Sales, Warehousing, and Logistics teams for smooth inventory movement.

- Analyse sales and inventory data to identify distribution gaps and improve product availability.

- Track dispatches, transfers, service levels, and OTIF performance.





- Prepare regular MIS and reports related to distribution and inventory.

- Support recent product launches and promotional requirements from a distribution planning perspective.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Distribution Planning / Inventory Planning / Supply Chain.

- Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, or E-commerce preferred.

- Strong Excel and analytical skills.

- Good understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.

- ERP/SAP knowledge is an added advantage.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.
