- Plan and execute air/sea shipments as per customer requirements
- Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, AWB/BL and export documents
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, airlines and internal teams
- Maintain Dispatch MIS & shipment tracker
- Ensure proper packing, marking and preservation of aerospace/defense parts
