Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily customer dispatches as per customer schedules and production availability.

- Prepare and verify Delivery Challan, Invoice, E-Way Bill, Packing List and other dispatch documents.

- Ensure correct part number, quantity, customer code and packaging before dispatch.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Purchase and Accounts departments for timely dispatch.

- Coordinate with transporters and arrange vehicles as per dispatch requirements.

- Ensure proper vehicle loading, material identification and packing.

- Verify material quantity against customer orders / dispatch schedules before loading.

- Maintain FIFO and proper traceability of finished goods wherever applicable.

- Update dispatch details in ERP / SAP / inventory system.

- Maintain daily dispatch records and prepare MIS reports.

- Track vehicle movement and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.





- Follow up on POD (Proof of Delivery) and maintain POD records.

- Handle customer requirements related to dispatch documentation and delivery status.

- Monitor pending dispatches and highlight delays to the concerned department.

- Maintain proper records of returnable packaging / bins / pallets.

- Coordinate for material returns, shortages, damages and delivery discrepancies.

- Ensure proper 5S, housekeeping and safety in the dispatch area.

- Support customer audits, internal audits and system audits.

- Follow company procedures related to quality, safety and logistics.

Pay: ₹11,131.81 - ₹34,571.62 per month
