Job Title : Dispatch Supervisor / Executive

Location : Bangalore, Electronic City

Shifts : 6 Days Working, 9 hours (As per roaster)

Section : depot setup

Pref. Industry : Food Processing / QSR / Hotels & restaurants

Role Overview: You will manage the daily packing and shipping of fresh bakery and cold-chain items. Your main goal is to make sure your shift team packs the right orders quickly and stores them at the correct, safe temperatures.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Supervise the Shift Team: Assign daily duties to packers and loaders, and make sure everyone is working efficiently to finish orders on time.
2. Coordinate with Kitchen & Bakery: Talk regularly with the bakery and hot kitchen teams so you know exactly when fresh products are ready to be packed.
3. Handle Orders on Software: Receive orders on the company system and print out accurate order sheets, dispatch sheets, and shipping labels.
4. Sort and Segregate Items: Oversee the team to make sure different food categories are correctly separated and sorted so no wrong items are delivered.
5. Manage Packaging Materials: Keep track of boxes, tape, and bags,



and make sure the team has enough packing materials ready before the shift starts.
6. Maintain the Cold Chain: Strictly check that all packed food is kept at correct temperatures (-18C to 4C) so nothing spoils.
7. Follow FIFO Rules: Ensure the team uses the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system so older stock is shipped out first, reducing food waste.
8. Plan Routes and Loading: Organize how vehicles are loaded and follow the delivery route plans to ensure fast Turnaround Time (TAT).
9. Enforce Hygiene & Cleanliness: Make sure all workers wear gloves and hairnets, follow high personal hygiene standards, and keep the packing area 100% clean.
10. Keep Records & Reports: Write down daily dispatch data and send a easy summary report to other departments before you close your shift.

Salary : 33,000 to 35,000 (in hand monthly) _(Depending upon Management skills & interview)_
