We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Incharge to oversee finished goods inventory, stock movement, storage, and dispatch. The candidate will maintain inventory accuracy, ensure damage-free loading, optimize storage space, and implement 5S practices.
- Finished Goods Inventory
- Manage receipt, verification, ERP/CRM updation, movement and reconciliation of finished goods.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
- Dispatch & Loading
- Supervise accurate, damage-free and space-effective container loading.
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely shipments.
- Gate Pass & Documentation
- Prepare gate passes and verify invoices, quantities and dispatch documents.
- Maintain dispatch records.
- Store Layout & 5S
- Ensure optimum space utilization, stock segregation, 5S, safety and housekeeping.
Team Management
- Train and develop the team on inventory, ERP/CRM, 5S and safety.
- Qualification & Skills
- Graduate with 3-5 Years in experience as dispatch supervisor in manufacturing set up
