Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Dispatch Manager to manage daily dispatch operations, ensure timely delivery of products, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with production, warehouse, transporters, and stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules as per orders and delivery requirements.
- Supervise loading, packing, dispatch, and delivery activities.
- Ensure the right quantity and quality of products are dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Stores, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Manage and coordinate with drivers, delivery staff, and transporters.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and related paperwork.
- Track deliveries and resolve delays, shortages, damages, or other dispatch issues.
- Maintain proper records of daily dispatches and delivery status.
- Monitor vehicle availability, route planning, and transportation costs.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable, especially for food products.
- Monitor product handling, packaging, temperature,



and hygiene requirements where applicable.
- Conduct regular stock and dispatch reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, and workplace safety procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports and share updates with management.
- Lead and supervise the dispatch team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in Food, FMCG, QSR, or a similar industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch planning and inventory coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory software.
- Strong team-handling and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight dispatch timelines.
- Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
