- Prepare board-ready materials, briefings, and updates on regional fundraising performance and donor relationships.
- Support Plaksha's senior leadership, including the Vice Chancellor's Office and Board members, in donor meetings and cultivation events.
Corporate & Institutional Partnerships:
- Develop and deepen relationships with corporates, family foundations, and institutional partners across the region.
- Represent Plaksha at philanthropy forums, industry events, and donor circles to build visibility and credibility.

Education & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field; MBA preferred.
- 16+ years of experience in fundraising, institutional advancement, or a closely related field, including experience managing a team and closing major partnerships.
- Demonstrated track record of independently building and closing a portfolio of high-value donors or corporate partners.
Skills & Key Attributes
- Executive presence: Comfortable engaging boards, CXOs, and family offices with credibility and confidence.
- Strategic thinker: Able to translate institutional priorities into a explicit, actionable regional fundraising strategy.
- Relationship capital: Strong existing network within philanthropy, CSR, or business leadership circles in the region.
- People leadership: Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Resilient and self-driven: Comfortable with ambiguity, long cultivation cycles, and the discipline required for major gift fundraising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), CRM and AI tools.
