What you will do:

Are you ready to build and lead an Expense Management capability that will shape how the organization plans, forecasts, reports, and manages enterprise expenses? Based in India, this Director will lead the Expense Management capability across all expense categories, partner closely with Newark Expense Management and Product teams, and build a high-performing organization focused on insight generation, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

What you can expect:





- Lead the Expense Management capability in India, overseeing planning, budgeting, reporting, and governance across all expense categories.
- Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, automation, and continuous improvement while ensuring delivery quality.
- Partner with Newark Expense Management and Product teams to support strategic priorities, projects, and effective cross-functional delivery.
- Build and lead a high-performing organization from the ground up, developing talent and embedding best practices across the Expense Management function.
- Provide enterprise leadership across expense governance, operating model, service delivery, financial controls, and process transformation.

What you will bring:

- Experienced in standing up new capabilities in a GCC within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated abilities in leading large enterprise expense planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Deep capability in expense governance, operating models, and service delivery leadership.
- Solid command of financial controls, process transformation, and continuous improvement.
- Executive stakeholder management experience with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Proven organization leadership, capability building, and talent development experience.

What will set you apart?

- Experience establishing or scaling a finance capability in a global delivery or innovation center environment.
- Track record of using automation and standardization to improve quality and operational performance.
- Experience partnering with Global Expense Management and Product teams on enterprise priorties.
