We provide critical visibility into global manufacturing costs and significantly reduce sourcing cycle times and recent product introduction times.

Our engineering team is growing, and we are looking for a hands-on Director AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced algorithms and models.

What You’ll Do

- Write clean, maintainable Python code to develop and deploy ML models that solve real-world business challenges.
- Lead data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Collaborate with senior data scientists and developers to integrate ML algorithms into applications and train ML models.
- Build and maintain efficient data pipelines for data processing and model training, including writing SQL queries.




- Drive rigorous model evaluation, debugging, testing, and performance validation.

What You Bring

- 12+ years of hands-on experience developing advanced AI/ML solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, R, C++, or similar programming languages, alongside libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Deep expertise in statistical analysis, data preprocessing, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex cost data, identify cost drivers, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Bonus: A Master's degree and prior experience in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors!
