- Source and attract top talent for various positions within the organization through social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and offers extended.
Job Requirements :
- Fluency in English language (both written and spoken).
- Fresh graduate or recent fresher from ICSE background preferred but not mandatory.
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or related field is an added advantage.
