About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and digitally savvy Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive to support the company's online presence and digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, digital marketing trends, and online audience engagement. Freshers with relevant skills and a strong interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop creative ideas for social media posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities.
- Increase brand awareness and audience engagement through social media.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members for marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating marketing content, captions, creatives, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and basic customer queries on social platforms.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Analyse engagement, reach, followers, and other key social media metrics.
- Assist with basic SEO, email marketing,



and online promotional activities when required.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
- Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotional activites.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media; freshers can apply.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
- Good content-writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Creative mindset with an eye for attractive and engaging content.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
