Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Trainer based in Ernakulam.

The Digital Marketing

Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training programs on digital marketing strategies and tools. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting interactive sessions, mentoring trainees, evaluating their progress, and staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.



This role also involves collaborating with the team to enhance training methodologies and ensuring that learners have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing
- AI and Automation expertise is required
- Proficiency in Web Analytics, Content Strategy, and online advertising platforms
- Experience in Training, Curriculum Development, and creating instructional materials
- Strong Presentation, Communication, and Public Speaking skills
- Adaptability to evaluate and mentor trainees based on their individual needs
- Ability to stay updated with current trends and advancements in Digital Marketing
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing and/or Training are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred
