Profile Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Leader who can lead the digital marketing team, manage campaigns, and drive overall marketing performance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing, along with the ability to guide team members and manage multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and coordinate the digital marketing team.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
- Monitor and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Guide team members in SEO, social media, content, and paid advertising activities.
- Set campaign objectives, budgets, timelines, and performance targets.
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Review team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure campaigns and assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Analyze campaign reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with creative, content, SEO,



and development teams when required.
- Handle client requirements and ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
- Good understanding of Performance Marketing and lead generation.
- Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and achieve performance targets.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–2+ years of practical experience in digital marketing.
- Prior experience in team handling or project coordination will be preferred.
- Should have a data-driven and results-focused approach.
- Ability to guide junior team members and ensure quality execution.
- Willing to work on-site from our Mansarovar, Jaipur office.
