Role Description The Digital Marketing Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Puducherry, India. The role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across channels such as search, social media, email, and web to increase brand visibility and drive conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, planning campaigns, setting performance metrics, and optimizing content and advertising based on data insights.

The strategist collaborates with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive branding, user engagement, and consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.



The role also involves monitoring analytics, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in digital marketing strategy, campaign planning, and online brand positioning.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Candidates should possess skills in search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in content planning, copywriting, and coordinating with design and development teams for integrated campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), data interpretation, and performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or related roles, preferably in an agency or IT services environment, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and current digital marketing trends is an advantage.
