Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Ads, mainly Search and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, CTR, conversions and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, targeting and retargeting.
- Test different ad copies, creatives, audiences and campaign strategies.
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce cost per lead.
- Track and analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports.




- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads and Google Ads features and trends.

Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads
- Experience in Lead Generation Campaigns
- Understanding of audience targeting and retargeting
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
