Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, improve online visibility, generate qualified leads, and support the hospital’s overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Develop and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for digital marketing requirements.
- Manage and improve social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign data, and audience behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO activities.




- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends relevant to the healthcare sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Valuable understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, SEO, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in the healthcare/hospital industry will be an advantage.
