About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own Atrius Cardiac Care's entire digital presence - from strategy to execution. You will plan and run our social media, publish across all platforms, track performance, and manage our website independently using drag-and-drop tools. You will work closely with our field Content Executive, turning their raw material into a consistent, professional brand presence. This is a role for a self-starter who can think strategically and also get the work done.

Key responsibilities

● Own the overall digital marketing and social media strategy for the organisation

● Plan and manage the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms

● Publish and schedule all posts, reels, and campaigns; write captions and copy

● Manage and update the company website using drag-and-drop builders (WordPress/Elementor, Wix, or similar) - no hard coding required

● Run and monitor paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and report on performance

● Track analytics and engagement, and refine strategy based on data





● Guide and coordinate with the field Content Executive on shoot briefs and requirements

● Maintain brand consistency and ensure all medical/health messaging is accurate and responsible

Who we're looking for

● 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing / social media management

● Proven ability to manage social platforms end-to-end and grow engagement

● Hands-on with website builders (WordPress/Elementor, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) - able to design and edit pages independently

● Comfortable with analytics tools and ad platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads)

● Strong sense of strategy plus willingness to execute

● Healthcare or hospital marketing experience is a plus

● Valuable written English and design sense (Canva/basic design tools)
