Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple brands.
- Handle on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research and SEO tools.
- Manage overall social media strategy and execution across platforms.
- Oversee website development, frontend updates and website optimisation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously in an agency setting.
- Lead and manage digital marketing teams, ensuring timely execution and performance.
- Monitor campaign, website and SEO performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Improve organic website traffic, keyword rankings and SEO visibility month-on-month.
- Achieve measurable growth in social media reach, engagement and audience growth.
- Improve website traffic, leads/conversions and overall digital performance for assigned brands.




- Maintain agreed campaign KPIs, timelines and performance targets for every client.
- Regularly identify and implement new growth opportunities through data and performance analysis.
- Maintain strong client satisfaction, timely communication and campaign delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets, timelines and quality standards.
- Build a high-performing team with clear ownership, accountability and measurable output.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency.
- Strong experience in strategy building, SEO, social media and website management.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO tools and website/frontend development.
- Experience managing multiple brands/clients simultaneously.
- Strong client and vendor coordination skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects from strategy to execution.
