Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based at The Divine Hills Resort in Udaipur. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive bookings, and enhance guest engagement.

Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, coordinating online advertising, monitoring campaign performance, and updating website and content in alignment with marketing objectives. The specialist will analyze web and campaign analytics, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging.



This role also involves identifying new digital opportunities, maintaining the resort’s online reputation, and supporting seasonal promotions and events.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing skills to manage and grow the resort’s digital presence.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies, including campaign planning, SEO/SEM basics, and email marketing.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills for creating clear, engaging content and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in hospitality or travel marketing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with design and content tools (e.g., Canva, basic image/video editing) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
