WE’RE HIRING | DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Enthusionz Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing operations and manage multiple client accounts.

Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4–6 Years

CTC: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹6 LPA

Work Mode: Remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and oversee digital marketing activities across 8–10+ client accounts.
- Develop and execute SEO, Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other digital platforms.
- Handle media planning, budget allocation,



campaign optimisation and performance reporting.
- Develop On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO and AI/GEO visibility strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversions.
- Act as the digital marketing point of contact for clients and present performance insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
- Explore AI tools, CRM integrations, automation and emerging digital technologies.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO + Google Ads + Meta Ads.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and advertising budgets.
- Ability to create digital strategies and media plans independently.
- Good understanding of Analytics, CRM, conversion tracking and AI/GEO.
- Strong analytical, communication and client-management skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
