Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Busifrog Tech’s Metaverse and Digital Twin solutions. This full-time, in office role is based in Coimbatore and involves managing social media campaigns, planning and optimizing lead generation activities, and overseeing performance across digital channels. The role includes monitoring web analytics, preparing performance reports, coordinating with design and content teams, and aligning campaigns with business objectives.

Manager will also manage budgets,



support brand positioning, and ensure consistent, data-driven improvements to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- 7 to 8 years of experience in Digita Marketing
- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills for planning and executing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills for managing and optimizing social platforms.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills for driving qualified inquiries and conversions.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills for tracking performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and SEO/SEM is beneficial.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills are required.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in tech or digital product-based companies is an advantage.
