Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and engagement
- Own end-to-end content/creative for various social channels
- Increase follower growth for SM channels like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Create ORM strategy synched with internal stakeholders; own the sentiment
- Analyze metrics to track social media performance, report on key metrics,
and adjust social media strategies accordingly; capture highest SOV(share of voice)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and implement best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute/amplify marketing campaigns; develop new strategic alliances with key customers. Own the social media budget
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in driving social media/digital content across Financial/BFSI/Banking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights Social savvy and passion for social and digital media
- Good knowledge of marketing analytics, automation, and content creation tools. Should be updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
