Role Description

This is a remote, unpaid internship role for a Digital Marketing Intern at Small Fare®. The intern will support day-to-day digital marketing activities across Small Fare® brands, including assisting with social media campaign planning, content scheduling, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities include helping monitor performance metrics,



conducting basic market and competitor research, and supporting online marketing initiatives such as email campaigns and promotional launches. The intern will work with the team to analyze web and social media analytics, prepare simple reports, and suggest data-informed improvements. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing for multiple brands and exposure to innovative, growth-oriented projects.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing principles and common tools or platforms.
- Ability to interpret Web Analytics and social media metrics to support decision-making.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to work independently with guidance.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a rapid-paced digital environment.
- Prior exposure to content creation, basic design tools, or campaign management is a plus but not required.
