WESTYLE INTERIORS PRIVATE LIMITED is part of WEFIT Group, headquartered in Dubai. The group operates across interior design, villa renovation, joinery, carpentry, maintenance and related services in the UAE and India.

We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to work from our Chennai office and manage the online presence of all companies and brands under WEFIT Group.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar for all group companies.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Write professional captions, advertisements, website content, blogs, project descriptions and promotional material.
- Create or coordinate the creation of posters, reels, short-form videos, before-and-after posts and project presentations.
- Visit project sites when required to capture photos, videos, progress updates and completed-project content.
- Manage the group’s social media pages and ensure regular, consistent posting.
- Respond to comments, messages and enquiries and coordinate qualified leads with the relevant sales or operations team.
- Maintain and update company websites, including services, project portfolios, images, contact details, blogs and landing pages.
- Perform basic SEO activities, including keyword optimization, page titles, descriptions,



image optimization and content updates.
- Plan, launch and monitor Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, leads, website traffic, engagement and conversion results.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Dubai head office, Chennai office, Nagercoil office, architects, project teams and management to collect accurate content.
- Maintain organized digital folders containing photos, videos, artwork, editable files, brand assets and completed content.
- Ensure that all published content follows the group’s brand guidelines and maintains a premium, professional image.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and current content formats and recommend practical improvements.

Required Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
- Robust English communication and content-writing skills.
- Ability to communicate and create content in Tamil is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple brands or business pages.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Meta Business Suite.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Basic knowledge of SEO,



Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience updating WordPress or similar website platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to shoot and edit professional reels, videos and project photographs.
- Strong planning, coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and obtain approvals before publishing content.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in interior design, architecture, construction, real estate, home improvement or a related industry.
- Creative, organized and able to manage content for multiple companies simultaneously.
- Comfortable coordinating with teams located in both India and the UAE.
- Available to work from our Chennai office and visit project sites when required.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration or a related field.

Candidates with a solid portfolio and relevant practical experience will also be considered.
