About the Role

Tatvam AI Labs is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help grow Divya Maarg and our upcoming digital products.

We are looking for someone who can combine creative marketing, performance marketing, social media and AI-powered tools to drive brand awareness, user acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google and other platforms.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Handle campaign setup, targeting, budgets, optimization and performance tracking.
- Develop strategies to increase app installs, website traffic, leads and conversions.
- Manage and grow social media presence.
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, reels, posts and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers, AI Creators and Content Teams.
- Conduct keyword, audience, competitor and market research.
- Work on SEO and basic ASO (App Store Optimization).
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and prepare reports.
- Track metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions and engagement.
- Create and test different campaign concepts, audiences and creatives.
- Use AI tools for research, content ideas, campaign planning, copywriting and marketing automation.
- Identify current digital channels and growth opportunities.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.




- Good understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics and performance marketing.
- Ability to understand campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Good written communication and creative thinking.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI marketing platforms.

What We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in someone who can take ownership of digital growth, rather than only posting content.

You should be comfortable experimenting with campaigns, studying results, identifying what works and continuously improving reach, acquisition, engagement and conversions.

Experience marketing mobile apps, consumer products, D2C/e-commerce or digital platforms will be an advantage.
