- Video Editor to manage and create digital content for schools and education-focused brands. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with social media management, graphic design, short-form video creation, video editing, and digital marketing campaigns .

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing &

- Social Media Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms. Create and execute monthly social media content calendars. Develop content for school admissions, events, achievements, activities and celebrations. Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles. Support basic digital marketing and admission campaigns. Track social media performance and prepare basic reports. Video &
- Reels Shoot and edit short-form videos/reels for schools.

Edit Instagram

Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos. Add captions, transitions, music, graphics and branding elements. Create engaging videos from school events, classroom activities and student achievements. Convert long-form footage into multiple short-form content pieces.

Creative Content

Design social media posts, admission creatives, event posters and promotional materials. Maintain consistent branding across all school communication.



Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar software.

What We Are Looking

ForStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Good video editing and reel-making skills. Valuable knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends. Good creative sense and visual storytelling ability. Ability to independently plan and execute content. Good communication skills. Willingness to travel to schools occasionally for photography/video shoots and events.

SkillsExperience in any of the following will be an advantage: Education / school marketing Admission campaigns Social media management Event coverage Photography & videography Google Business Profile management Meta Ads / Google Ads YouTube content AI tools for content creation ImportantWe are looking for someone who can think, create and execute , rather than someone who only schedules posts. The candidate should be able to take a requirement such as: “We need an admission campaign for a school” and independently contribute to the content idea → creative → reel → posting → campaign execution → performance tracking .

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month , depending on skills and experience. Performance-based incentives may be provided for exceptional work.
