Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to promote RS Wealth Management’s services and strengthen its brand presence. This full-time, on-site role is based in Current Delhi and involves managing social media channels, creating and updating web content, and coordinating email and online marketing initiatives. The role includes monitoring and analyzing web and campaign performance metrics, preparing reports, and recommending improvements based on data insights.

Executive will collaborate with the marketing,



research, and sales teams to align digital efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across platforms. The position also involves staying informed about digital marketing trends in the financial services sector and applying best practices to enhance client engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning and brand positioning within financial services.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for creating client-focused messages and collaborating with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills for managing and growing presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills for developing accurate, engaging, and compliant digital content and landing pages.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to monitor performance, track key metrics, and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Practical experience in digital marketing within finance, wealth management, or related domains is an advantage.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing tools) and basic SEO knowledge is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing market and business priorities.
