Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager or Marketing Director

Location: Work From Home (Only for Pune Residents)

Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns, from planning to implementation and analysis. Your role will include developing and executing strategies to reach target audiences through various digital channels, such as email, social media, search engines, and online advertising.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans and campaigns that support the company's overall marketing and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including creating and publishing content, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, managing email lists, and analyzing email performance
- Conduct keyword research and implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve the company's online visibility and ranking in search results
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns,



including setting up and managing Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations for new and innovative approaches

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and measurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads
- Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Campaign Monitor
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
