Elzor is a premium interiors brand specialising in customised stainless-steel kitchens, wardrobes and vanities, combining contemporary design, precision engineering and refined finishes. As Elzor continues to expand across Mumbai and PAN India, we are looking for a creative, hands-on and proactive Marketing & Creative Executive to join our growing team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on marketing and creative role for someone who can turn ideas into campaigns and content. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, create and execute Elzor's digital and brand communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
- Develop content ideas, campaign concepts and monthly content calendars.
- Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Shoot and edit reels, videos and product/project content.
- Create graphics, creatives and campaign assets.
- Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, events and showroom content.
- Support lead-generation campaigns and campaign creatives.
- Track basic social media and campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain Elzor's visual identity across digital platforms.
- Research trends, competitors and new marketing opportunities.




- Coordinate with photographers, freelancers, agencies and vendors when required.
- Support product launches, showroom activations and brand initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Graduate/Diploma in Marketing, Design, Media, Communication or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content or creative roles.
- Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns from concept to completion.
- Good video shooting and editing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Strong creative and visual sense.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and lead generation is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
- Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership.
- Portfolio/showreel preferred.
