Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand strategies and business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing digital marketing initiatives, managing social media channels, monitoring web analytics, and optimizing content and campaigns for performance. The role also involves collaborating with creative and client servicing teams,



preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to campaigns.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Web Content Writing skills to create transparent, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Relevant experience with major social media platforms, SEO/SEM basics, and digital advertising tools is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is expected.
- Familiarity with design and creative teams’ workflows and an interest in the broader advertising ecosystem are advantageous.
